Day 2 - FAIRBANKS/STERNWHEELER
Visit the fascinating Eldorado Gold Mine where you'll rub elbows with real Alaskan prospectors and try your luck panning for gold! Later, a real treat as you board a comfortable Sternwheeler for gold rush history from 1905 to the present day, and learn about native culture and local color. Return to Fairbanks.

Day 3 - FAIRBANKS/DENALI
Board the luxury Princess railcars for sightseeing into the heart of Alaska and Denali National Park. The train is a lavish domed, modern-day version of the Orient Express. Leave civilization far behind to glide past rivers, muskeg, mountains and the occasional cabin. Afternoon at leisure on arrival in the park.

Day 4 - Denali National Park/MT. MCKINLEY
Today's highlights include an educational National History Tour into Denali Park. You never know what you are going to see and that makes every grizzly bear, moose and elk sighting precious. Lots of photo opportunities of mountains and waterfalls. Later sightseeing by motorcoach enroute to Mt. McKinley, the continent's highest mountain peak!

A morning at leisure to enjoy your magnificent surroundings or perhaps sleep in. Continue your sightseeing by motorcoach enroute to Talkeetna to reboard your Princess luxury train to Anchorage where you can enjoy the evening. The sun sets very, very late in summer in Alaska.
