I T I N E R A R Y
Day 1—INDEPENDENCE/NEWARK/WILMINGTON/PHL/LOS ANGELES
Morning departure from Independence/Newark /Wilmington for Philadelphia Airport to board your flight to Los Angeles. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel, your home for 4 nights. Meet your traveling companions at an informal reception this evening. 
WESTIN BONAVENTURE HOTEL

An exciting way to spend the New Year celebration. Fly to Los Angeles, California from Philadelphia to join the fun and activities that are a part of the grand Tournament of Roses Parade in beautiful Pasadena, with prime seating for the parade.  

TOUR INCLUSIONS: Roundtrip transportation from Independence, Newark, and Wilmington to Philadelphia Airport * roundtrip air from Philadelphia to Los Angeles * air taxes and fees (subject to change until ticketed)  *   hotel accommodations for 4 nights based on double occupancy * all sightseeing as per itinerary, excluding optional tours * meals include 3 breakfasts and 3 dinners including the New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner Dance * transfers between airports and hotel * luggage handling at hotel * services of an accompanying tour Director from 4 Seasons Tours with a minimum of 15 passengers * services of a Tour Manager from Collette *

Conditions and cancellations: A deposit of $250 per person is due with each reservation. Final payment is due September 15, 2015. Trip cancellation insurance is available at a cost of $100 per person and payment must accompany your deposit. With insurance you may cancel for any reason until 48 hours prior to departure. Without insurance, your deposit and any other payments you have made are non-refundable after July 15, 2015 if you must cancel. Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended.

No refunds for any unused portion of the tour.

Day 3 - DAY AT LEISURE/NEW YEAR’S EVE PARTY 
There are some great optional tours available today including a day at the San Diego Zoo, home to more than 4,000 rare and endangered animals. A guided bus tour is included at the zoo plus the Skyfari Aerial Tram Ride. Or perhaps you would prefer a day at the J. Paul Getty Museum with its huge collection of western art from the Middle Ages to the present. There are European paintings, drawings, manuscripts and decorative art plus the lovely gardens outside the museum. A complete list of the optional tours is available from 4 Seasons Tours. This evening is the New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner Dance with live entertainment and a champagne toast to help ring in the New Year.  Meals: B,D

Day 2 - FLOAT VIEWING/BANDFEST 
An early morning departure takes you to lovely Pasadena for the excitement of the seasons and fun-filled activities surrounding the Tournament of Roses. You’ll have a wonderful opportunity to view the floats in their final stage of decorating. Next attend Bandfest, featuring selected bands from all over the country, giving you a chance to see these talented musicians, dancers and auxiliary performers in action. Return to Los Angeles where the remainder of the afternoon is yours to relax at your hotel and enjoy the area. Dinner at the hotel this evening. Meals: B,D

Day 4 - TOURNAMENT OF ROSES PARADE
Happy New Year! Welcome to the Tournament of Roses in Pasadena, a grand New Year’s day tradition since 1890! As Collette’s guest you will have prime seating for the parade. Following the Rose Parade, the floral masterpieces are parked along Sierra Madre and Washington Blvds in Pasadena, allowing visitors to further appreciate the design and workmanship that goes into their creation. Visitors are allowed within a few feet of the floats. Tournament volunteer members - “white suiters” - are on hand to answer questions. After the parade return to your hotel and enjoy time at leisure before your farewell dinner this evening. Meals: B,D

Morning transfer to the airport for your return flight to Philadelphia where transportation will be waiting to return you home.
